With a deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of food, she strives to educate and inspire her clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term health.

Kirsten's journey in nutrition began with a curiosity about the intricate relationship between food and health. This curiosity led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and further a Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong, where she acquired a solid foundation in evidence-based practice and clinical nutrition. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of populations.

Her approach to nutrition is holistic and individualised, recognising that each person's needs and goals are unique. Whether individuals are seeking guidance for weight management, navigating allergies and intolerances, or managing a chronic health condition, Kirsten is here to provide personalised support every step of the way.

In addition to her clinical work, Kirsten is deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development. She stays up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition to ensure that her clients receive the most current and evidence-based recommendations.

Furthermore, as a Monash-certified dietitian in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Kirsten employs an evidence-based approach to implementing the low FODMAP diet, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care to those with specific dietary needs.
